GalleryWing is a hosted website and dashboard service for independent artists: a public artist website, a catalog and inventory manager, order and finance tracking, and connections to outside marketplaces (currently eBay, with more planned). These terms apply to your use of the GalleryWing dashboard, your GalleryWing-hosted website, and the GalleryWing waitlist and early access program.
GalleryWing is currently in early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot or a specific start date — we're onboarding a limited number of artists at a time. While in early access, the service may change, have bugs, or have missing features described elsewhere on the site as "coming soon."
Early access members who join during this period lock in a discounted rate (currently 65% off the standard $49.95/month rate) for as long as their account stays continuously active. If you cancel your subscription and later rejoin, you'll sign up at whatever the then-current rate is — your original locked-in rate is not held for you after cancellation.
Your locked-in rate includes every future feature we build for the core dashboard and website product, for as long as you remain subscribed, at no extra charge. It does not include:
We'll always describe a new paid add-on as optional and priced separately before you're charged for it — your subscription price itself is what's locked in.
Every account includes a free website at a yourname.gallerywing.com address. If you already own a domain name elsewhere, you can point it at your GalleryWing site yourself (or with our help). We may also offer to register and manage a new domain on your behalf directly through GalleryWing in the future; that service, and any registration or renewal cost associated with it, is separate from your subscription.
You own the images, descriptions, and other content you upload to your catalog and website. We store and display it in order to run your website and dashboard, and to sync it to marketplaces you've connected (like eBay), but we don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything beyond operating the service for you, unless you separately agree to something else (for example, being featured on a future public artist directory).
When you connect a marketplace account (such as eBay, or Etsy once that connection is available), you're also subject to that marketplace's own terms and policies. GalleryWing is not responsible for changes those platforms make to their own APIs, fees, or policies, though we'll do our best to keep the connection working and let you know if something breaks on their end.
You agree to use GalleryWing to sell and showcase your own legitimate work, and not to use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
We aim to keep GalleryWing reliably available, but especially during early access we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We'll do our best to give notice before planned maintenance that would affect your site.
GalleryWing is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here is meant to limit liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
We may update these terms as the service grows — particularly once paid billing and marketplace features described above go live. We'll post the updated date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll try to notify active members directly by email.
