Right now, GalleryWing collects information you provide directly through the waitlist form on this site: your name, email address, which marketplaces you currently sell or plan to sell on, whether you own a domain name (and what it is, if you tell us), whether you have a website running today, your experience level building websites, roughly how many pieces are in your catalog, whether you're interested in our optional paid setup service, and any notes you choose to add.
Once GalleryWing accounts and paid subscriptions are live, this section will be updated to also describe account information, billing information (handled by our payment processor, not stored directly by us), and marketplace connection data (such as an authorization token from eBay or Etsy, used only to sync your own listings and orders).
We use waitlist information to reach out about early access, understand what to prioritize building next (for example, which marketplace to connect after eBay), and occasionally follow up with questions about your submission. We don't use it for anything else.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We may share it with service providers who help us run GalleryWing itself (for example, our hosting provider, or in the future a payment processor or email service) strictly so they can perform that function for us.
Waitlist submissions are currently stored on our own server, in a restricted-access file that only the GalleryWing team can read. As the product grows, account and billing data will be handled through established, reputable third-party providers (for example, a payment processor for billing) rather than stored by us directly wherever possible.
This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes (for example, to add basic analytics), this policy will be updated first.
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by emailing [email protected].
GalleryWing is intended for working artists running a business and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and for anything material — especially the billing and marketplace-data expansion mentioned above — we'll try to notify active members directly.
